What to bring and wear:
Pole dancing relies on skin grip, so bare arms and legs are essential
Short shorts/hotpants, but please no denim or clothing with metal buttons, zips, or buckles
Vest top
Jogging bottoms for warm up
Bare feet
Heels optional, but make sure they do not contain metal studs, buckles, zips etc
Hand towel
Drink of water
Please note: Do NOT apply lotions, fake tan or oils on skin 24 hours before the lesson, as this hinders grip!
Remove all jewellery, including rings, bracelets, watches, necklaces, piercings... these may cause injury!
How do I pay for my class or party?
We accept bank transfer and paypal. Please note paypal incurs a nominal booking fee. For party bookings please visit the Parties page.
Is pole dancing suitable for me?
Pole dancing is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or who has recently given birth.
Pole dancing might not be suitable if you suffer from joint related problems, including neck, back and knees.
If you are unsure if you are fit to participate in a class please consult your GP first.
Is there an age restriction to participate in pole dancing classes?
There is no upper age limit, however we do require everyone to be 18 years old.
Is pole dancing difficult and does pole dancing hurt?
When starting pole dancing you might experience bruising, chaffing and sore muscles... this is all part of learning pole dancing.
